After Huxe: keeping a personal audio show

Huxe shut down on 28 May 2026. Lissin makes personal audio shows on the subjects you choose, once or on a schedule. What carries over, and what does not.

The short answer

Huxe stopped working on 28 May 2026 and deleted user data the next day, so nothing can be moved across. Lissin covers the personal-podcast part: describe a subject or add your sources, and it makes an episode once or on a daily, weekday, weekly or fortnightly schedule. You cannot interrupt an episode to ask questions.

How to choose

  1. Write down what you listened to Huxe for

Your Huxe history and settings were deleted on 29 May 2026, so start from memory. List the subjects, how often you wanted them and how long each listen was. That list is what you will describe in Lissin, one show per subject or one show that covers several.

  2. Turn each habit into a show

A topic you followed every morning becomes a recurring show: "Each weekday at 7:30, ten minutes on new climate policy in the EU and the UK, most important first." A one-off question becomes a single episode. Add websites, RSS feeds, subreddits or YouTube channels you want watched, and Lissin checks them alongside its own research.

  3. Ask for depth up front

Huxe let you stop the audio and ask for another explanation. Lissin cannot be interrupted, so build the depth into the request: "Explain it for someone with no economics background" or "go technical, I work in this field". If an episode misses, remix it on Plus or Pro with what you wanted changed, and future episodes follow the new direction.

Questions

Can I import my Huxe history or shows?
No. Huxe deleted all user data on 29 May 2026, and Lissin has no importer. Describe the shows again in Lissin; a sentence or two per show is enough to start.
Can I talk to the hosts the way I could in Huxe?
No. A Lissin episode plays straight through. After it finishes, you can start a follow-up episode on a related question, or remix the show to change what future episodes cover.
Is there an Android version?
Not for making shows. Creating a show needs an iPhone. Anyone can listen to a shared Lissin episode in a web browser on any device.

What this does not do

Lissin does not replace Huxe's interactive side: you cannot interrupt an episode to ask a question. Nothing can be imported from Huxe. Creating shows needs an iPhone on iOS 26 or later, and daily delivery is on paid plans. Episodes are written from public web sources and the material you add, so check names and figures against the original before you rely on them.
