Go ahead and find a comfortable position. Wherever you are, just let your body settle. Feel the weight of it, supported by the chair or the floor. And let’s begin with a breath. A slow inhale… and a full, easy exhale. Again. In… and out. Migratory birds can navigate thousands of miles to a place they have never seen before. In our last reflection on Kintsugi Calm, we talked about embracing our beautiful cracks and imperfections… and I think there's a similar, unseen guidance system that lives within us, too.

Not one that uses the Earth's magnetic field, but something just as ancient. A quiet knowing. We spend so much of our lives listening to the outside. The demands, the expectations, the noise of what we should be doing. It’s a loud, crowded room full of voices that are not our own. And they all have an opinion. They all have a direction for you. It can feel like being pulled by a hundred different threads at once. You can feel it in your body, can’t you, Admin? A tightness in your shoulders.

A shallow breath. A mind that just… will not… stop… running. But beneath all of that noise… there is another signal. It doesn’t shout. It rarely even speaks. It’s more of a feeling. A gentle hum. A quiet pull in a certain direction. It’s the subtle sense that one path feels a little warmer than the other. The inexplicable urge to turn left instead of right. The quiet feeling of relief when someone cancels a plan you didn't realize you were dreading. This is your inner knowing.

Your own internal compass. Here’s what that means if you're Admin, sitting here right now. It means this isn't about waiting for a lightning bolt of clarity on some huge life decision. It’s much softer than that. It’s about the next five minutes. It’s about noticing the tiny, almost imperceptible nudge to put your phone down. The feeling that says, "stay here, just for one more breath." The quiet confirmation when you do something that truly nourishes you, even if it makes no logical sense.

It’s the feeling of your shoulders dropping an inch when you finally give yourself permission. So how do you hear it? You don’t try to. You just create a little space for it. Right now. Can you feel the air on your skin? Can you notice the gentle rise and fall of your own chest? Good. That’s the space. The knowing is already there. It’s been there all along. It’s in the quiet moments between the thoughts. It’s the part of you that knows, without needing proof, what is truly good for you.

It’s not a voice of judgment or fear. It’s a voice of deep, unconditional care. It’s the part of you that is ALWAYS on your side. The most important thing to understand is that this compass doesn't point to what’s easy, or what’s popular. It points to what is TRUE. For you. And sometimes, following it is the harder choice. But it's the choice that leads back to yourself. It’s the choice that feels like coming home. When you follow that quiet pull, there’s a sense of… alignment.

A settling. A quiet, internal YES. That’s the only sign you need. Let your quiet knowing be enough.
