Wondercraft or Lissin: a production studio or a show made for you
Wondercraft is a web studio for teams producing audio and video to publish. Lissin makes podcasts for your own listening on iPhone. Compare by job, editing and price.
The short answer
Wondercraft is a web studio for marketing, HR and training teams. It turns a prompt, document or URL into audio or video you edit on a timeline, with cloned voices, comments and approvals, then download or publish. Choose Lissin when the podcast is for your own listening. Describe it on your iPhone and it arrives once or on a schedule.
How to choose
Decide who the audience is
If the episode goes out under your brand to customers, staff or a podcast feed, Wondercraft is built for that job. Colleagues can comment and approve, audio downloads as MP3 or WAV or publishes through an RSS feed, and the Pro plan covers up to three users. A Lissin show is made for the person who asked for it. You can share an episode as a web link, but Lissin has no RSS feed for podcast directories.
Decide how much you want to edit
Wondercraft puts the script, voices, music and AI sound effects on a timeline, and you can change how a single word is delivered. In Lissin you change an episode by describing what should be different: "less hype, more context, and cut it to eight minutes." On Plus or Pro that remix makes a new version. If you need control over every line, use Wondercraft.
Use Lissin for a show that keeps coming
Wondercraft's product and help pages describe projects you start and edit yourself, and do not list a schedule. A Lissin show can repeat daily, on weekdays, weekly or every two weeks, and it remembers what earlier episodes covered. Example request: "Every Friday, twelve minutes on what changed this week in EU AI Act guidance for small software companies, with each source named."
Compare what each plan buys
Wondercraft prices in credits: Free has 150, Creator is $25 a month for 1,000, and Pro is $45 a month with 2,000 to 6,000 credits. Its pricing page does not say how many minutes of audio a credit makes. Lissin prices in minutes: 50 a week free, 7.5 hours a week on Plus at $9.99 a month, and 30 hours on Pro at $19.99.

Questions
- Can Lissin clone my voice?
- No. Lissin voices a show in the voice, language and accent you choose from its own range. If you need your own voice or a colleague's, Wondercraft offers voice cloning.
- Can I publish a Lissin show as my company's podcast?
- Not directly. Lissin has no RSS feed for Spotify or Apple Podcasts. You can share any episode as a web link that plays without an account, and Pro includes an audio export. Wondercraft can publish a podcast through an RSS feed.
- Which is cheaper for a weekly podcast I only listen to myself?
- Lissin's free plan makes one starter show with 50 minutes a week, and Plus at $9.99 a month adds more shows and 7.5 hours a week. Wondercraft's Creator plan is $25 a month for 1,000 credits, and its pricing page does not convert credits into minutes, so make a free episode in each before you pay.
What this does not do
Lissin makes shows for one listener. It is not a studio for a production team. You change an episode by describing what should be different, and there is no voice cloning. An episode has at most two speakers, and there is no RSS feed for podcast directories. Creating a show needs an iPhone on iOS 26 or later.
